Inquire & Book

The first steps are to figure out the package you would like then inquire and we will pick your session date. You will get the invoice to pay the non refundable deposit of $250 and contract to sign.

Session Planning

After you book, you will get a session planning email. This email contains all of the guides, location menu, questionnaire, and everything you need to help us start planning your session.



After the questionnaire is all filled out, I will send over a mood board with the outfits you chose from the client closet and/or outfits I have put together for your family with links to purchase them. 


Session Day

We will play games, laugh, capture authentic moments, and have fun!


Turn Around Time

I will begin uploading, backing up, and culling photos either the day of or the day after the session. It will take 3 weeks for me to send your soft proof (partially edited) photo gallery via email. You will select the photos you want. I will send an invoice for you to pay if you pick extras. Then 3 weeks after you submit your selection, I will send the fully edited gallery for you to download. (keep in mind if delivery date falls on a holiday or a Sunday or Monday the gallery will be sent the next business day instead.)



I have just started to ask clients to leave a review as it helps my business grow immensely and I greatly appreciate it. It really warms my heart to hear your kind words about your photos.



  • What time does my session start?
    All outdoor sessions are shot during Golden Hour which is an hour before sunset. This ensures for the best lighting. The time will change depending on the time of year. Studio sessions are between 11am and 4pm depending on the day.
  • Where will our session take place?
    After you book you will get an email with the location guide to pick a location from. Or you can cruise my Instagram and check out locations on there. OR if you have something else in mind, we can find something similar. Indoor sessions take place in my studio on Shea Blvd. and Scottsdale Rd.
  • What's your travel fee?
    If the location is within 30 minutes of 85254 or if it is on my location menu, I do not charge a travel fee. Travel fees start at $50 for locations greater than 30 minutes outside of 85254. I ask for a $50 per 30 minutes travel time. I don't charge by mile because I am spending both my money on traveling as well as my time.
  • How much is it to book?
    The non refundable retainer is $250 for all sessions other than elopements. You can see packages and pricing under the sessions tab in the menu bar. The non refundable retainer and a signed contract are due immediately in order to hold your date and session time. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot. Contract and invoices will be signed and paid electronically.
  • What if it rains?
    Approaching the chosen date, I check the weather forecast daily. If it seems that rain is expected, compatible with my commitments, I am flexible to change the day and reschedule. If it starts raining while we have already started, don't worry and trust me! Even rain can be beautiful!
  • What if we are late?
    I totally understand! I have no internal clock and have to work hard to make sure I am on time. If you are running late just let me know as soon as possible. Try your hardest to be on time especially if we are doing outdoor photos so we don't lose the light. If you are over 20 minutes late and don't notify me then I will think that you are not showing up and may leave.
  • What if we can't make it to the session?
    I totally understand that too! Life happens! If you are able to notify me within 48 hours please do so. We will reschedule your session for another date. If you have to cancel the session all together, I completely understand, but your retainer payment is non refundable.
  • Can we do an outfit change?
    I do not allow outfit changes during outdoor sessions. The sun sets quickly and that takes away from shooting time. I allow one outfit change for indoor sessions.
  • I'm ready to book! How do I do that?
    YAY! Just click on my contact tab and fill out the contact form and we will get the ball rolling!
  • What type of clients usually book me?
    Free spirited, go with the flow, fun loving, barefoot, hippy type of people! The type of person who trusts the process and loves creativity. Who wants to love up on their babies worry free knowing it will produce amazing photos. The type of person who will have a dance party in the middle of an empty field, spin until they are dizzy, laugh until they cry, frolic among the wildflowers, climb the boulders for epic shots, let their wild children be wild. I am the type of photographer who loves to help you let your light shine and your spirit run free!
  • What if we love our photos and cant narrow it down to the amount that comes with our package?
    That happens a lot, but no worries! You can purchase additional images for $50/image or if you purchase 10 or more images you can get a discount making it $35/image!
